Nick Barr, host of Bluegrass Time, is active in many facets of bluegrass music. He is an experienced broadcaster, having worked on several commercial country stations in the Albany, NY area. He was named "Country DJ of the Year" by the Northeast Country Music Association in April, 2002.
WAMC Bluegrass Time Goes out on a network of 11 stations and can be heard Sunday afternoons 1-3 P.M. on WAMC/Northeast Public Radio
