Hairl Hensley
A big tip of the hat and thank you to our first "DJ of the Month" honoree-Hairl Hensley. Known as the "Dean" of Opry announcers, Hairl is a member of the Country DJ Hall of Fame.
Hairl broadcasts daily during afternoon drivetime, as well as having two bluegrass shows, and his Grand Ole Opry duties, all on WSM 650. He was one of the first to play our CD on his daily "Earlybird Gets the Bluegrass" and weekly "Orange Possum Special" shows and we especially want to thank him for that!
