Chris Hirsch
Chris Hirsch has been a fixture on Houston Public Radio station, KPFT 90.1 FM, for about the last 25 years. His show, the Bluegrass Zone, airs 3:30-5:00pm, Sunday afternoons, and features in-studio guest bands, as well as CD cuts. In addition to his radio duties, Chris also promotes a long-running Sunday night concert series at the nearby Steak & Ale Restaurant. Williams & Clark Expedition plans to visit Chris at the radio show and appear at the Steak & Ale next time we're in Houston (Feb., 2004).
